Kim graduated from Seattle University with a bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in math. She worked in Fetal Alcohol Syndrome research for several years at the University of Washington following college. Kim is entering her ninth season as a college softball coach. She spent the summer of 2002 traveling the country with her best friend, visiting all 30 Major League Baseball parks. She also trained for and played softball professionally before becoming a mother. Kim’s husband, Jon, is a Senior Manager for Deloitte & Touche and they reside in Issaquah, Washington.
