Joseph holds the designation of Master Practitioner of Counselling Psychology and Clinical Supervisor with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA). He also serves on the National Board of Directors at the Canadian College of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (CCPCP). Joseph is registered with Victim Services of BC and is a member of the Kitsilano Chamber of Commerce.
Joseph’s career in the helping profession began with his interest in the study of the human condition. His life-long quest for knowledge included formal and informal studies of intuition, theology, spirituality, counselling psychology and psychotherapy. In most recent years, Joseph has concentrated on the study of psychoanalytic theory and practice and has been taking courses with the Western Branch of the Canadian Psychoanalytic Society, whose courses are accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Joseph has a particular interest in the study of intuition and its use in our personal and professional lives. He speaks on the subject to various groups to help people maximize their potential through the integration of intuition. Joseph’s website and his blog are dedicated to disseminating knowledge on intuition, psychotherapy and well-being.
Over the years, Joseph has written a number of articles that have been published in on-line and in-print publications and he has also appeared on radio and television. Joseph has been interviewed by BBC Persia on Intuition-Enhanced Psychotherapy and has presented at several professional conferences in Western Canada.
